How Coaching Works
Four steps from application to your first payout.
01 Apply
Sign in with your private tutor account and apply from the Coaching tab: you decide how many students you can take at once.
02 Get approved
Your application is reviewed; once approved you join the coach directory. If it is rejected you are shown the reason and can apply again.
03 Match with students
Students send you requests from the directory and you accept or decline. Students who use your referral code are matched directly.
04 Run the coaching
Plan the weekly video session, assign homework, follow progress; your payout accrues monthly on the same panel.
When you do not want new students you simply close yourself to matching; your current students are unaffected.
The Terms Are Clear Upfront
The terms you accept at application stay fixed for you even if they change later.
A fixed monthly fee per student
The fee is defined per student per month, and the amount at the moment you accept is frozen for your account; a later price change does not alter your terms.
One video session per week
Each student gets one video session per week, lasting 40 to 60 minutes. Messaging stays open in between.
You set the capacity
You can take between 1 and 50 students at once and update the number whenever you like. Pending requests also hold a place in your capacity.
This is coaching, not tutoring
The service is process management rather than teaching topics: goals, plans, follow-up and reporting. That is why it is independent of your hourly listing rate.
