These are not real customer stories. We wrote them to show how the existing features come together in day-to-day work.
Manager of a three-branch tutoring centre
The forms from Saturday's paper exam are scanned with a phone on Monday morning; four with faint marks land on a review list and are fixed and approved. Results go into the students' exam records, and the manager sees which questions discriminated poorly in the item analysis. The same job used to mean sending the forms out to be read and copying results over from Excel one by one.
Maths teacher
A notification is waiting on Tuesday morning: one of their students' attendance score has dropped below the warning line. Opening the student's page shows three missed lessons in the last two weeks and recorded study time cut in half. They call the parent, before the decline has reached a single exam result.

After the mock exam they open the objective breakdown and see the three topics where they lost the most marks. When they create next week's plan on Sunday evening, those three topics move to the top.
Note from the team
The Overall Success Score is fed by 14 sub-metrics, and we do not expect all of them to be filled in for every student. When a metric has no data, instead of treating it as zero and dragging the score down, we redistribute its weight across the metrics that do have data. A student should not look weak because of something the system has not measured yet.
Hippo AI's instructions contain an explicit rule: if a question is ambiguous, don't guess, ask for more detail. A language model may not follow that rule every time; we added it anyway, because an assistant that answers confidently where it is unsure gives a teacher one more thing to check.
If a parent has no WhatsApp number or has notifications turned off, we don't automatically resend an important alert, such as an absence or a payment confirmation, by SMS or email. That was a deliberate choice: each channel has its own template, and critical information shown in the wrong form does more damage than not being shown at all.
What the platform currently holds
The Starter plan is free with no time limit, and we don't ask for a card on teacher or institution trials either.
