Pro includes one live onboarding call. Data migration is a one-off service, included in Campus.
Why is there no AI in Core?
Every AI question a student asks and every weekly programme costs us something. We did not want to pass that cost on to an institution that will not use AI, so we kept Core cheaper. The trade-off: an institution on Core cannot see the Success Score or early warnings either. That is why the trial starts on Pro; see the difference in your own students' data before you decide.

Institution management, the question pool, mock exam analysis and live lessons are the same in both. Pro adds an AI-assisted study programme and 5 AI questions a day for every student, the Success Score and early warnings, coaching and branch comparison reports.
Core covers up to 100 students. Above that you move to Pro, which covers up to 300. Institutions above 300 students receive a Campus quote.
When you fill in the form, our team opens your institution account and the trial begins. It lasts 30 days, needs no card and starts with Pro features. When it ends you choose Core or Pro.
Yes. Campus has no minimum student count. Any institution that wants a set-up under its own name, logo and colours, an SLA or a dedicated success manager can choose Campus; above 300 students it is the only option.
The Campus price depends on the student count, the number of campuses and needs such as SLA or SSO, so we prepare a separate quote for each institution.
With annual upfront billing you pay for 10 months and use 12, roughly 17% less than monthly billing.
