There are three plans. Core and Pro prices are published by student count on the enterprise pricing page: Core covers up to 100 students, Pro up to 300. Institutions above 300 students, or those that need SLA, SSO or a set-up under their own name, receive a Campus quote.
Our team opens your institution account, and you can add or import branch, class, and teacher information yourself. Pro includes one live onboarding call. Having us import your Excel lists is a one-off service included in Campus.
Each institution's data is kept separate and isolated. Personal data is processed in accordance with our KVKK (Turkish data protection law) disclosure notice; you can review it on our site for details.
Teacher accounts are unlimited in every plan. The student limit is 100 on Core and 300 on Pro, with no limit on Campus. You can upgrade your plan as your institution grows.
The platform provides its own SMS, email, and WhatsApp notification channels; you can run your parent and student communication directly through Hippotenus.
After setup, the help center and guides for your administrator, teacher, and parent users are always available inside the platform; our team is on hand to support your questions.
Yes. You can import lists yourself. If you want us to import your Excel student and parent lists, that is a one-off service included in the Campus plan.
