Every number on the reporting screen is aggregated from individual student data: the success score is recalculated across five dimensions every night, and mock exam comparisons are made only between students who sat the exact same paper in the same session. That is why the answer to which class is falling behind does not tilt in favor of the group that took an easier exam.
How it works
The exam ends and the analysis is ready
For mock exams taken on the platform, the timer runs on the server. Each student's result becomes a PDF report card with a learning-outcome breakdown, time per question, and cognitive-level analysis, with no extra data entry.
The teacher reads the outcome matrix
The teacher sees in the matrix which learning outcomes the class is stuck on and picks two or three to work on.
The admin compares classes and branches
Comparisons are made only between students who sat the same exam in the same session, so results do not tilt toward the group that took an easier paper. Branch, class, and teacher comparison reports are on Pro and Campus.
Drill down to one student
From the overview you reach a student's panel in one click and see the problem at its source; the parent sees the result and the report card in their own panel.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Each student gets a personal QR-coded optical form that is read with a phone camera; you get item analysis and net distribution, and results can be exported to Excel. Learning-outcome and cognitive-level analysis is only available for exams taken on the platform.
Mock exam analysis and the PDF report card are on every plan. The Overall Success Score, early warnings, and branch, class, and teacher comparison reports are on Pro and Campus.
The finance module provides a hierarchical financial statement, collection status, income-expense, and category reports for any date range, plus a monthly finance table and an executive summary.
