Four things the platform does on the institution side.
All branches are run from one institution account, and the Overall Success Score is compared side by side by class and branch.
Manager, teacher, student and parent accounts are opened from a single screen; you link each student to their parent, and students and parents get their login details by email automatically.
The Overall Success Score rolls up from class to branch to the whole institution, so you can see at a glance how many students are at risk.
Data is processed in line with KVKK and everyone sees only what they're allowed to. Who viewed a student's success score, and when, is recorded.

The forms from Saturday's paper exam are scanned with a phone on Monday morning; four with faint marks land on a review list and are fixed and approved. Results go into the students' exam records, and the manager sees which questions discriminated poorly in the item analysis. The same job used to mean sending the forms out to be read and copying results over from Excel one by one.
Note from the team
If a parent has no WhatsApp number or has notifications turned off, we don't automatically resend an important alert, such as an absence or a payment confirmation, by SMS or email. That was a deliberate choice: each channel has its own template, and critical information shown in the wrong form does more damage than not being shown at all.
