The moment you open a second branch, one filing system stops being enough; each branch wants to run its own students, staff, and collections separately, while you want to compare them all against the same yardstick. A branch here is not a filter added on top of a report but a distinction written into the record itself, which is why data that stays separate below can still roll up at the institution level.
How it works
Define branches and classrooms
You define branches, classrooms, and income/expense categories once in institution settings, then add or import student, teacher, and class information.
Each branch runs its own work
Each branch manages its own students, staff, and classrooms, and no branch can see another's data. Automatic income and expense entries, such as a collected installment or a paid teacher fee, are written to the relevant branch.
Every branch uses the same modules
Modules are switched on at institution level while data is separated at branch level. Attendance, homework, and mock exam flows are the same in every branch, so results are read against the same yardstick.
The head office compares
On Pro and Campus you follow branch, class, and teacher comparison reports from one panel, and the Overall Success Score rolls up from class to branch to institution.
What it offers each role
Institution Admin
Manages branch and classroom definitions centrally, and tracks classroom occupancy and which branch is behind on collections.
Teacher
Works with the classes and branches they teach, lead as class teacher, or are formally assigned to; other branches' data stays hidden.
Parent
Whatever branch their child is in, sees only their own child's attendance, exam, and payment information.

Frequently asked questions
Core comes with 2 branches and Pro with 3; on Pro each additional branch is ₺990 per month. Campus has no student or campus limit.
