Which event goes out through which channel is held in a central definition table, and each user can switch the channels on and off individually in Settings, so parents stay informed without being buried in notifications. WhatsApp notifications are included in Pro and Campus; on Core they are enabled as an add-on at ₺79 per month.
How it works
An event happens
When one of more than 30 events occurs, such as an absence, an exam result, a payment reminder, or a homework submission, the notification fires on its own.
A central definition picks the channel
Which event goes out through which channel is held in a central definition table; users switch the in-app, email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels on or off one by one in Settings.
Critical alerts go out on WhatsApp
Absences, exam results, and payment confirmations reach parents only on WhatsApp, with an event-specific template. If WhatsApp is off, these three alerts are not resent on another channel.
Conversations stay inside the institution
Parents, teachers, and students write one-on-one or in groups in the institution's own inbox; files, images, and video can be shared, and read receipts are shown.

Frequently asked questions
No. Absences, exam results, and payment confirmations go out only on WhatsApp and are not resent on another channel; this is a deliberate design choice. Other notifications go out on whichever channels the user keeps switched on.
